Will people be expected to re-purchase access to 2.0 or will existing subscriptions be transferred/receive it as an update?
Edit: Nevermind, the follow-up email clarifies the situation:
Because each of you are a previous Kickstarter backer, you will get access to the new version of the application as part of your lifetime subscription after all new backers have been granted access.

You probably just got a backer specific mailchimp email with the answer.
For previous Kickstarter backers, or a customer who previously purchased SimplyColor3D V1, you will get access to the new version of the application as part of your lifetime subscription after all new backers have been granted access.
We used the previous Kickstarter revenue, and almost all new website revenue for the year, to add these new features, we could really use your additional support in this Kickstarter. If you are a V1 backer and pledge in this new V2.0 campaign, you will receive access before all new backers!
