SimplyColor3D 2.0 - Getting started
If you need help getting started with SimplyColor3D please post here.
I'm just seeing a Loading page... Am I missing how to actually load a file?
I tried to access that page using my iphone and got the same message, later i tried again on my PC and it worked.
It may be the / at the end of the address your typing in causing the problem, try leaving it off.
e.g. https://www.bigbrain3d.com/simply3d 2
I was able to get in just fine, and fill and paint seem to be working, but I cannot figure out how to get a stamp to work. I select either a predefined shape or load a custom stamp, locate it over the model, and hit either stamp or double click and nothing happens. Nothing changes with the model.
Am I missing something here?
Yeah still not working, I go to the link from the My Account (it adds the trailing /) and the page comes up and just says loading. I've tried from both Chrome and Edge.
Issues so far with Mac Big Sur:
Safari: "Loading" stuck. When enabling WebGL 2.0 (experimental features) I get "Establishing neural link" but without a loading bar (stuck).
Chrome (Mac): it loads and it runs. Bug so far: The Brush tool has an offset as where the mouse actually is. This does not happen with the "fill" tool compined with it's brush setting. Workaround is to use the fill tool (bucket) and set the Fill Angle to a very low value + use the Brush. But then you are limited to the polygons.
Is there also a "better" way to reports bugs for example with GitHub?
SC3D is only tested to work on Chrome.
What is your screen resolution on the computer that has the brush alignment issue?
We'd like to use this forum for now for users to report any bugs or ask for help with using the application.
I only have this issue with Mac OS Big Sur with Chrome version 87.0.4280.141 (Official Build) (x86_64).
Chrome on a Windows PC that runs Windows natively does not have this issue.
So I assume it's an issue with Chrome on Mac OS Big Sur only?
Do you need any more information?
Sorry! Left out the most important part.
My screen resolution is: 2560x1440
Did a hard refresh but the problem is still there.
You can see here how off the cursor and the actual painting position is:
Do you need any more information for debugging?
Thanks for the video.
Do you see any errors in red in the console during loading or painting?
Hello, it does not work since it stays on loading, I use it in chrome but it does not start despite all the past recommendations, my resolution is 1980x1080. Could you help me?
