Timeout exceeded, please contact technical support
Got access today.
I am running an Intel I7 16Meg Ram PC
My internet upload speed is 10 Mbps
I am unable to load any OBJ file (made a simply sphere with Meshmixer) with out a timeout.
I have used MS edge, Chrome and Firefox.
I can save whatever appears on the screen at start-up (COVID for example), download it to my PC and then upload back into SimplyColor3d with out a problem.
The issue was server side. It's been resolved. Please try it again 🙂

Just purchased SimplyColor3D, I'm also receiving this error continously when I'm trying to split colors on the BigBrain3D's retractable purge mechanism as test piece. It doesn't matter when trying to save them as 3mf or stl.
In order for a model to work with SimplyColor3D it must contain only 1 mesh. The RPM STL you are using has multiple overlapping meshes. For this reason it will not split and is not a good test model. See attached screenshot.
When reloading the app there will be a new random sample model loaded each time. I recommend using one of those for a test model.
same here. During "splitting by color" I recieve the same message/ timeout.
