Hi I just but on the retractable pruge mechanism on my Prusa MK3S

I downloaded the blobtest files and that it spot on and works.

I did copy the text file "Before side transitioning" and " side transition"

here is what I have in canvas SEQUENCES ( see ATTACH FILE)

I did follow the video they made on youtube.

The Problem

When I start the print and it go to make the first "blop" it move over correct and start to purge but it purge to much and fan dont start so when it moves away again then it dont drop the "blop" and the halt metal ring is move out also...

I cant seem to see the problem, and blop test gcode works super good.

Hope someone can help me with this problem

You attached the settings for the printer, but what do the other settings look like, Specifically the project transition settings?

Those are still the printer settings. I'm looking for the 'project' transition settings, as per the attached image.

From here it looks correct. I'm not sure why it's purging too much or why the fan isn't coming on.

Can you please download the gcode and attach here?

What program did you use to open 'Before side transitioning.txt' and 'Side transition.txt' to copy from?

The gcode is missing many of the purge commands.

I think there may be some non-ascii characters in the scripts.

Will you please start again by downloading the text files -> Opening in notepad (or notppad++) -> copy and paste into canvas

?

Hi Thomas,

I suggest you refrain from running anymore tests until the gcode looks correct, to avoid damage to the purge mechanism.

There is definitely something wrong and I believe it's on the canvas side. The scripts are not being output to the gcode.

I'm at a loss now. I think the best thing to do would be to contact Mosaic support and ask why the script is not being output in your gcode files.

I have contacted Mosaic now. I agree with you that I stop testing also given up about it for now. Also I'am total lost with what could be wrong
