Thank you I have used your new script and purge is slower now, but at 36 % colors started to mix at the infill again.

The blops started out fine but at 37 % they are allmost only 1 color.

Try printing the disc with the transition tower and see if you get the same problem. Check your pings, they should be consistent at 98%-102%. You may need to reset your Palette by resetting and printing the keychain per Mosaic instructions again. Otherwise it looks like the bucket is making nice coils

Thank you I will try that..... But when I did see this message I had started af custom print... the gcode is on the drive in a zip files...  It is a 2 color print.

What it do sometimes I dont get in fill is somtimes mixed and sometimes the blops are very small. Out is still the right color and where the orange color has to be is also still right... is that normal ?

ping1 is the from 99.1 to 100.49 and the pongs are from 100.2 to 100.26

photo of the infill is on the drive

Interesting, I've never seen that. I can see in the gcode where it is making the short purges. Do you have "Use infill for transitioning" checked in the transition settings? If so, try unchecking it. I suspect some of the purge length is being used up in the infill. If it works and the colors are correct, then you can leave it checked and save some filament.

No It is not checked I did look when I did see it... The end result was not perfect if you look at the photo it used a bit orange in the corner but the rest was okay...  I was thinking if "Use infill for transitioning" is in the sidetransition code ?

The print turned out very good. I never liked using infill for transition because sometimes the infill color bleeds through the outer surface. I don't know if it will work with side transitions, but it might. I'll run a test if I get a chance.

No I also want to avoid infill as transition... But Why it did so in that file I dont know I did not change anything and did the earbud test print and this time it did not change colors in infill...

I will try later with a bigger print again to see if the infill is mixed again.
