Does someone have a good source for the recommended springs or know how much variance from the given measurements is acceptable? I'm having trouble sourcing matching parts.

I have been having a bear of a time finding the springs. I just went to an auto parts store and bought a throttle spring, cut it down to size and used that. It worked perfectly.

I had little trouble getting them on E-Bay (Australia) - https://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Extension-Springs-%C3%985-x-20-5mm-10pce-Assortment-for-Grab-Kit-Refill-G/192233171412 .... well I "think" I got the right ones.

Those look good. Obviously testing will be the only way to know for certain.

I got some throttle springs from the local auto parts store and cut them down to size. Only had to use one spring. the retraction is good.
