Returning an unopened product:
We are happy to offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If more than 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund, credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, in the original package and in the same condition that you received it. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Gift cards are a non-returnable item and are exempt from being returned.
Only regularly priced items may be returned, clearance items are final and cannot be returned.
By returning an unopened product within 30 days of purchase you are eligible to receive a full refund, credit or exchange for the same value.
You will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning an unopened product. If the product you are returning was shipped to you as part of our free shipping offer, the shipping costs originally absorbed by us in order to ship you the product, including any other related fees if any, will be deducted from your total refund or credit amount.
Returning an open product:
Open product return will only be accepted in case of a defective product. If the product you received is found to be defective, we will accept it back and will issue a full refund, credit or exchange.
In order to determine if a product is defective, please contact us and send us as much details as possible about the issue, including a detailed description, pictures, videos etc.
All shipping costs associated with a defective product will be covered by us.
